Looking for a Medium house in lavender beds!

as the title said I've been saving up Gil and i'm still saving up (i'm pretty high at the current moment). If anyone is looking to sell their house i'm willing to buy. Anyone moving from lavender beds to the new housing area you only get 30% of your original house price it'd be more profitable to sell then just rebuy once housing comes out.

(I'm not looking for a small house but if someone is also selling a large at a reasonable price i might consider it but currently looking for a medium)
