Returning Player - Lost Chocobo - Can't find Housing Enthusiast

Hi! I played FFXIV a while back (about a year ago) and was in an FC at the time. Well, I came back a few days ago and created a new toon and wanted to transfer my other toon (from a year ago) to the same server so I could do some market dealings. However, when trying to do so I was informed that my chocobo needs to be retrieved. So I login and get a message to go a Housing Enthusiast. I went to the Lavender Gardens, tried several wards, and could not find this guy. Where in the heck is he? I've found a guy near the north area who tells me that some items are only held for a limited time and I should check timers under Duty, but I did that and there is nothing about a Chocobo. Can someone help please? This toon is sitting on 200k gil and I don't want to lose it.

You can find the lavender beds housing enthusiast in Yainu-Par X-10 Y15 or X-7 Y-10 subdivision

Hi and thanks for responding. I appreciate your input, but I have not played the game for over a year. I don't remember where Yainu-Par is. I've gone to the Lavender Gardens. I've looked at the Wards, #1 through whatever 16 or something. There is no Yainu-Par. Any chance you could give me directions from Central Shroud in Gridania. I get on the boat to Lavender Gardens. I get off the boat and there are three NPCs on my immediate left. On my immediate right is a Private Serpent or something who will allow me to go other places in Lavender Gardens. Where do I go from there??

The area name is written on your map. It's right next to the Lavender Beds docks. :)

Yainu-Par part is the area a few steps north from the serpent npc at the dock inside lavender beds. The 1st map location I gave is exactly where the housing enthusiast is, which is nw of the dock
