Here's a scenario. - Server's are back up after the release of Shirgane and within seconds/minutes, dozens of players are making a mad-dash for their desired plot (1-2 of those plots being the most sought after. Hot springs anyone?) 5-6 players arriving at the same plot at nearly the exact same time. One player with no currently owned plot is buying obviously without using the new transfer/relocating system and he/she already knows what to expect with that method, one-two-three clicks and done. A second player is using the new transfer/relocating system and doesn't know what to expect with 100% certainty because we haven't seen any real-time demonstration on how the process is completed, -transfer furnishings--relinquish old plot--are you sure?--store items here? etc etc etc and thus loses the plot to the first player because obviously, it may take longer to complete the steps, we don't know...
Now here's a question, can we please be shown this new transfer/relocating system being used and completed start to finish in real-time? or at least with detailed description and pictures so we know exactly what to expect? Like, will we have to go talk to some random NPC to complete the purchase first?
Now here's a legitimate concern that brought this whole post up - I've seen youtube videos and reddit posts with players typing out all the tips and tricks for planning out the fastest mad dash possible to desired plots and even what players might do to try and stall you, like using the trade function. After seeing these posts and videos, the thought of that happening is quite irritating and unfair and I hope SE is ready with the perma-ban hammer on players trying to intercept another players purchase of a plot with using the trade function maliciously.

All plots will be bought out in 5 mins on heavy population servers. A quarter of those will be flipped.

SE needs to take a stance NOW on housing resale. The same thing happened on Christmas when demolition was in effect.
Less people looking to Flip housing for Gil is less senseless competition. -

They need to hire more GM's or something and get them on those Reddit posts where players are selling plots and then get the GM's or whoever to buy plots from the players who are violating the ToS and then once the transaction is complete, ban them. That would help shut down those massive dedicated Reddit posts for selling housing. Players can also report other players for doing this, although I wouldn't recommend going through with a transaction and then reporting because I believe even buying is against ToS? If I'm mistaken on that please let me know. It's malicious intent regardless and shady.
