Bugged out characters?

I am not sure if this is the right forum for this, but I wasn't sure where else to post it.

For the past week or so on the Omega server, going into the Sapphire Avenue Exchange in Ul'dah, there have been a bunch of player characters seemingly stuck in the Company chest that is placed there. They all have gibberish names, and they all seem to disappear then reappear at random intervals. I am not sure how they got in there as for my character the chest is very much solid:

Should this not be looked into? Surely they are stuck there if the company chest is solid.

lol that's actually pretty common. People making alt characters just to park somewhere. Some do it to be funny, some do it to run an RMT service. These aren't characters that are used for playing the game.

You can run though some solid objects by running into it for a couple of seconds. In my FC house, I can go to one end of the aquarium and run through it & sit and it completely blocks me from being seen, even my name XD.

That's happened to me before. Some how once fell thru the floor to a place and kept falling for 5 minutes finally hit the ground and had to teleport out.
