This has been a recurring problem since Heavensward.
Running in housing wards, causes really odd behavior with the character...skipping/jumpy frames.
Even with the Data Center move to an area closer to me the instance will constantly drop me, making me wary to craft in my own house. This is really unfortunate because it makes it difficult to want to stay in the housing wards.
