Craft Signatures Alternative

Would people perhaps like it if there was an easier way to indicate that someone is wearing a piece of gear that you crafted? For instance, having their name appear in a different color or a star appear after their name to indicate it? Something that you can, of course, toggle on or off? Just a thought for those who really enjoy crafting for people :)

That would be kinda cool, actually.

A modification of the system from XI would be ideal:

In this case you could use the item during or before crafting and then your name would appear in a bright colour or whatever.
