Steps:
1. Got into a group and we failed to clear so we disband.
2. Got into another group with 2 chest clear, we cleared and we were only given 1 chest and I was unable to roll on loot, also did not recieve my weekly V1S Book.
3. Help!! I have to wait an entire week for another one?? Is there anyway to evaluate my account and award me with the item or reset it so I can clear and allow myself to get the item??

Did you, at any point, enter into a higher floor before going back into V1S (i.e., did you join a group for V2S/V3S/V4S before joining the successful V1S party)?

Yes actually! I got my V2S clear then went back and did V1S and obtained no loot or book after clearing.

Gotta do savage floors in order, going into higher floors will flag previous floors as completed and you will not be allowed to get loot. I believe there's a warning for this upon queueing.
