Maybe the community can help me. Missing White Devil mount

Hey everyone, I sent an email to customer service, got redirected to the forum for Bug Reports, and after I posted this, I was told it was a duplicate bug. I already searched the forum for anything related to this (and googled it) and I couldn't find anything.

Maybe someone here can help me.

I ordered the White Devil Mount from The Mog Shop and when I entered the game and checked my mail, I had mail saying thank you for the order, and the item I received was a Proto Armor Identification Key, and not the White Devil Identification Key.

I'm not sure what to do since the bug report forum said it was a duplicate bug. So I'm reaching out to the community. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried contacting a GM in game, yet? They can correct this kind of thing as every character is able to swap a mistakenly bought item at least one time, so a GM should be able to see the record of your mogstation purchase and fix it quick.

When got mine it was a proto armor identification key. I used it then White Devil Mount showed up in with my mounts.

Update: I am apparently a blind idiot, because the GM messaged me back and said their records show that it was in my inventory. So I looked again, as I had done at least half a dozen times before, and I saw it this time.
....I'm going to say they added it in, and save myself from feeling like the world's biggest dummy.

lol. thank you for your suggestion. the GM actually replied to me and was a much bigger help than the Bug Report Forum.
