Please consider changing the way mounts scale by race. Falcon mount clipping

The severity of the clipping on the new Falcon mount amplifies an issue that has gone on for quite a while. It seems like mounts scale to fit the median height for each race. Many people pick the tallest/largest size during character creation. Doing so causes painful character representation such as this:

Would it be difficult to implement mounts scaling based on character height rather than a preset default size? If not it feels like all the character customization options are a detriment rather than an actual option. Hair clipping has long been an issue that is understandable, but weapons and mounts clipping through our hands, and things like mounts seems easier to address.
