So I'm unable to see the damage over time my abilities are dealing (Such as that of Thunder). It doesn't even show up in the combat log.

What is goin on?
I was told by GM to post on forums, I told GM it would be pointless. So, here we are.
A) That doesn't show in the combat log. Never has, never will.
B) Setting here (on by default):
