Eternal Bond Bug, Please Address Properly :(

Area and coordinates: East Shroud
Steps:
1. Tried to start an Eternal Bond ceremony with the package from mogstation.
2. The NPC states I have to annul my last bond with my eternity ring.
3. I have already completed this step as I do not have an eternity ring to hand over anymore.
4. The person I am trying to EB is also getting this issue.
5. I cannot progress past this as the Sanctum Acolyte says I need to annul my bond.

Please do not close this topic again with "working as intended" as it isn't working as intended. I cannot contact a GM ingame as they direct me here and then I get no response here.
