btw players with quest from different companies can complete this together and all be credited.
Objective for imperial devices alone is to collect 4 photocells then activate a terminal, moogles will appear small distance off and direct from there.
*there is another quest active in the dungeon but does not need to be completed just for imperial devices to succeed.
