Error in White Devil mount purchase

What happened: I ordered the White Devil Mount from the Mogshop, and when I opened the mail in my game that thanked me for my purchase, the item that I was given was a simple Proto Armor Identification Key and *not* the White Devil Identification Key.
I was unaware I had the wrong item and googled the Proto Armor ID Key and saw it was for a quest. So I did the quest and turned it in, but I never got anything substantial.

I feel like there was an error, and I was somehow sent the wrong Identification Key.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and let me know if you need any more information.
