Cannot subscribe?

Morning all,

I've been having an issue whereby my partner, username dippydora, is unable to use any payment function on the mogstation. This means she has been unable to subscribe or play.
The only thing she has done with this account in the past is register it on the playstation 4 and play the opening 10 minutes and has never been back on until now. She has never purchased anything on the mog station, has never played long enough to commit any rule infractions and just wants to start playing with me but this is starting to put her off as it has been an issue now for a couple of days. It has been raised with the support centre but to currently no avail. Anyone had a similar issue?
For mor information she get to submitting a payment and receives the line
'You cannot use this function' and then error code i2501.
