Shirogane 4.1 and housing transfer system

Good evening!
Todays 14 hour broadcast mentioned Shirogane will be available from patch 4.1, which is great!

However, I don't think the housing transfer system was mentioned, will this be available at the same time? I certainly hope so @_@.

They mentioned it in the actual broadcast if I have my brain on right. That transferring will be available the same time as new housing is released
