About our Sakura Team:
- Raid Min 3-5 Max days per week;
- Fixed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday(day still can be change depend on peep's schedule);
- Raid Time 8/9pm - 12/1am +- ；
- Extra raid days for progression;
- All Star Peeps;
- Party combo: DRK, PLD/WAR, AST/SCH, WHM, SAM, DRG, RDM, BRD;

We hope the peeps:
- willing to join All Star FC, www.allstarfc.org. We have multiple static raid teams in FC too to share info and progress together;
- hunger for deeps or at least above average in fflogs.com (if can, Best Perf. Avg 80+);
- peace, positive and creative attitude in progression as a team( as in no jerk =P );
- Be respectful to the Leaders and its members;
- Cleared exdeath, or at least cleared V3S;
- able to understand advices and critics;
- know their tanking roles very well;
- Punctual for raid day;
- ilvl 330 and above;
- Friendly =D.

- attitude ;
- mechanic (V1S - V4S) ;
- deeps ( if can, Best Perf. Avg 80+) ;
- raid experience;
- n we wont hold our dps & wait aggro =D.

=D although we put so many requirements, but we still a friendly team from a fc. We may lower expectations then mentioned =)..

Our dear Off Tank cant raid with us anymore due to work(too bad, too sad, kanashii) and we will miss the time raiding with him..
so we hope can find right Off Tank and hope the team as lively as always ^_^
