No reset of daily quest allowances and disappeared mount

My daily quest allowances does not reset. I did the 12 daily quest allowances last at saturday the 26.08.2017 before 5 pm gmt. Since then the allowances has not been reset and I have not been able to do any daily quests.

Im also missing the mount voidal resonator, which I received from the veteran reward rank 3 subscription period. I do still have the minion beady eye, which I got in the same ingame mail. I have, of course, checked my inventory and my retainers inventory and it is not there. I am also very sure that I did use the item to get the mount but its not listed in my mount guide.

Your daily beast tribe quest allowances do not reset if you have any beast tribe quests from previous days in your journal.

As for your mount, try doing "/isearch voidal" to see where it is, in case you just missed it when you were looking. If that doesn't come up with any results, try seeing if you can reclaim it from a Calamity Salvager.
