Omega Savage Loot Rules
My post is not to be confused with the guy trying to remove the restriction. Mine is regard to the loot rules how to help players come up with a solution so that groups that want 2 chests, don't end up with 1 chest or zero chest when the fight is over. And for situational awareness, the reporting tool doesn't nothing to the person that made you lose out on the chest.
So I have a thought that a window needs to pop up saying who "(the players name) completed the raid, are you willing to accept the loss of a chest?"
I would offer to get rid of the restrictions completely but I understand why they are there. It's to prevent players from gearing up in the first week.
Does anyone have any tithed thoughts on this? My group has already been screwed on chest drops cause people think it's funny to join a group and watch them not receive both chests.
I'd also like to make a statement to SE as a solution needs to be implemented quickly!

You will get cussed out for coming up with a solution that "outs" individuals, but I think it is a good solution. I hate that the devs disapprove of things that identify individuals even if they are incredibly useful, having a player be identified as already cleared is very useful information that has no repercussions. I also want this kind of feature for if a player is unable to enter a duty ("The party cannot enter this duty because Don Diesel does not fulfill the requirements")

Yes and yes Lambdafish! Well said! Knowing who doesn't meet the requirements and who has already completed the raid would save people a world of headaches and grief.
