Astrologian 4.06a update (Disable change?)

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm missing something, et cetera, so I apologise in advance! Never mind, someone was kind enough to point out what I failed to notice/read in the notes.~

Since Stormblood, the move Disable doesn't seem to exist for Astrologians in neither Jobs nor Roles. I do have an icon of it saved on my (sorely messy) side hotbar. It doesn't work as one can expect (like how protect didn't work until re-assigned in Roles). it also says its recast time is 60s rather than 45 or 30, etc, though that could be because it's... yenno, dead. I'll provide screenshots at the end. I don't think it's related to my PC specs/internet so I'll forego those for now. I can update them later if necessary. (Note: I covered the chatbox for my FC's privacy. Nothing else is edited.)
