You do realise the changes they made this patch are PVP only?
Role balancing patch for PVE won't happen for a while, maybe with release of next raid tier.

Not quite based on feedback. A few things, yeah, but most of it is well off the mark when compared to the feedback we gave.

Most have been translated wrong. Should say "Based on JP player feedback." Devs don't read our forums =P
