Copies of Endgame Gear

Not sure if this was discussed, but I would like to have the ability to get multiple copies of a gear that dropped from omega or bought with creation. The reason is that most of my melds only benefits BLM by having all sps on any slot possible and both RDM and SMN are not benefiting from this stat as much as the others. I would like to be able to raid in all three jobs and try to maximize as much damage as possible in all three but the melds are putting BLM at higher advantage than others.
