My gladiator is now lvl 20 and I do not have acces to the hunting logs for the class is it normal ? As far as I remember there is no quest required in order to start the hunting logs ?
Also my DotH do not have acces to cross class skill despite having all class to lvl 15+

Did you do the level 5 class quest? I think that may have been required, tho I do not remember for sure.

With the stormblood expansion, the whole old cross class system has been removed. I haven't level'd a gather/crafter from scratch in the new expansion, therefore I can't tell you the answer, but I am sure that's why you do not have cross class skills for your DotH's anymore lol. -

Because first unlock of the Hunting Log is when you do your first level 5 for any class, then, you will automatically have access to other classes' Hunting Log since level 1.
