A Dream Fullfilled Farming Advice

I'm currently on the Reconditioned Relic quest of the anima questline, and I'm having trouble grinding the necessary materials to complete it.

What would be the best way to farm both the Crystal Sand and the Umbrite? So far I've tried the levequest route with gathering Vilekins, but not all runs bare the fruit of treasure chests, and it takes some time to resupply the leaves needed.
And it seems most guides written for this quest were written at the time of launch, so I was skeptical as to which content to farm for both poetics and mats to trade in for the sand.

Any advice for someone who is either currently running the relic quest line, or has recently completed it?

Gathering for sands. Rowena's Token (Blue Gatherers' Scrip) to be exact. Back then we have quick diadem queue to get about 10-12 sands per 1h run, but it's just as easy now to get 3-4 sands/hour with normal red scrips items.
Umbrite is the big stumble. Combination of hunts, potd or frontline give a lot but still too pricey.

Poetics for Umbrite, Gathering red scripts for Sands. You can also send squadrons out daily if you have chances for red crafter scrips, I make around 1000 a week from that.

I personally used gathering scripts since I have a 70 miner, that was very easy to get all the sands I needed and for poetics for the umbrite I an the daily roulettes and also ran the AFT dungeon since that gives 150 poetics (more when there is a new player). This stage shouldn't take you too long though, I did the entire anima relic in under 2 weeks from start to finish.
