1. Accepted the bough wakes quest in the waking sands from Unukalhai
2. Accidentally abandoned the quest
3. Cant find the NPC to re accept the quest anywhere

Could it be possible that it was just untracked? (either by you accepting 5 other quests after it, or by accidentally pressing the tracking box twice)
