Looking For LS

Hey, just started on FFXIV since alpha and beta, my plan is to get to 50 asap and start endgame content immediately, I'm looking for an active LS that is social but also endgame. I have about 6 yrs experience on FFXI and about 4-5 on WoW, any help would be great thnks ^^
