Frankfurt Fan Festival 2017 In Game Item Code - NOT RECEIVED

Hello, just yesterday i purchased the Frankfurt Fan Festival 2017 from the Archived Stream website and followed the on screen steps but i did NOT receive my in game item code. The only email i received was my receipt from Cleeng with a subject of "Payment receipt and access to Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival 2017 in frankfurt". the email said - thank you for your purchase - (button to access your purchase) which leads me to the stream which i can view. Below it i see the following text : "Fan Festival Frankfurt in-game item code" but there is no In Game code, below it is the "bill to" information, receipt #/receipt Date / Order total. Below that is the description which is the fan festival, the total including VAT and thats it.
