Job-Specific Glamours and Ground Mount Roulette - Can we get these?

1) All 3 of my tanks are level 60 and they all share the same gear. But if I were to glamour the gear with DRK i200 artifact gear, my DRK would look like a DRK but PLD and WAR would look as the base set prior to the glamour. And if I were to reglamour the set with WAR i200 artifact, it would over-write the DRK glam and I'd lose it. If more than one job shares the same gear, can we be allowed to glamour them simply by a single job so it does not over-write another job's glam?

2) This is something we don't see much of anymore. Ground mounts. With Heavensward and Stormblood, we're always flying around. How about giving us a mount roulette specifically for ground mounts (running along the ground and not hovering) while in ARR areas where you cannot fly. Hovering is the last thing I want to see when on the ground. lol :(
