My friends and i are on Gilgamesh, and we were wanting to go to Hyperion, my question is would we be able to transfer for free since Gilg is a congested world, or can you only transfer for free to a preferred world?

The announcement specifies it under "Bonuses for Transferring from Congested to Preferred Worlds", so apparently no.
It states that "These bonuses will remain in effect until the active player population of Congested and Preferred Worlds has stabilized" and Gilgamesh is still listed as congested, so yes, it should still be available, but only to preferred worlds. (North American Preferred Worlds are currently Adamantoise, Midgardsormr, and Siren.)Quote:
