more light wings?

so i used up all the light wings that came with those amazon outfit promos. where can i get more without going to mog shop

Nowhere.

They are only obtainable via the Eternal Bond, the mentioned promo and maybe other promos.

As far as I know they are a reward for just getting married though - as in: you'll get them even if you choose the free option, which means that all you have to do is find a partner/friend and do the quest.

...and re-do it each time you feel you need new wings... I know why I barely use them and have three almost untouched stacks now...
