Name Shaking

my character name shakes a lot when running or on chocobo, I posted this problem a few months ago but the issue could be fixed after patch 1.19 by turning FPS to 30. Since patch 1.20 and mainly after patch 1.20a the problem has reappeared regardless of what the fps, the name shakes a lot when running or on chocobo
