Where are the leatherworker taoist items?

I've looked through every book, every level of the leatherworker list and cannot find the taoist items, is there a book i'm missing?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but it's really bothering me.

The boots and gloves are part of the Master Leatherworker IV book.
