Latency issues since 8/19

Haven't had lag spikes this bad since a few weeks ago.

Instances/trials are literally unplayable when everything freezes and then unfreezes with bosses spamming abilities, I've run tracert and pinged the servers and see no issues. I've also played other online games and have no packet loss nor lag--it only affects FFXIV.

Same thing happening to me when I'm healing then tank dies and party wipes. Also this week can't even get in a dungeon without game giving some type of error then disconnecting me. Have chart up showing my latency never goes above 50 when disconnects me. Most time don't even get no lag at all just freezes then disconnects me.

I can't play this game any more because of these lag-spikes I get in the instances, and this has only started happening recently.
Outside instances everything is fine but while in the duty everything sometimes stops moving for 10 seconds and then rushes to catch up, and of course everyone is dead because I'm trying to heal savage.

Please fix this.

I'm sure they will fix it ASAP will all the information you provided....
