Lock UI elements through Character Config

Please add an option of hard-locking UI elements through Character Configuration.

Pressing select on gamepad allows you to quickly access the padlock that locks/unlocks UI elements, and this is not something I want to have happen during a hectic fight. This is particularly frustrating in The Feast where the first target that select defaults to is the Feast Medals UI. This causes it to easily disappear mid-match, which is very detrimental to overall match awareness, and often impedes caster LB by deselecting the LB target reticle and selecting the Feast Medals UI.

I would just like the option of hiding the on-screen padlocks that allow UI changes, therefore making UI changes require a deliberate effort. Thanks.
