1. Shortly before getting hit by the Forked Lightning debuff resolving, prepare a combo. Example: Fast Blade -> Riot Blade
2. Forked Lightning debuff resolves, creating visual effect around you and paralyzing anybody close by.
3. Combo drops as soon as effect appears, resulting in Royal Authority for example to be counted as uncombo'd
