Steps:
1. Speak to Rauhbahn to start the Strong and Unified Main Scenario Quest cutscene.
2. Watch cutscene.
3. Game crashes during the loading screen after the cutscene is over 100% of the time.
4. Tried to complete in DX9 and still crashed 100% of the time.
5. Game lists the following errors:
