Offensive Properties calculation on retainers

When I equip my lvl 70 white mage retainer with gear that have Critical Hit, I noticed that my retainer’s stat did not increase. Therefore, I tried to unequip all the gear that have Critical Hit on it and the stat was the same with and without the gear.

Surprisingly after testing this with various gear, I figured out that Critical Hit on gear increase Determination on retainers. While Determination on gear increase Direct Hit Rate on retainers. I don't know what Direct Hit Rate increase, if it increases anything on retainers stat.

Not that it is an important bug, since I don’t think it effect retainer ventures… But a bug is a bug.
