AF2 Armor Missing from "Dragoon's Fate"

After Using the Tales of Adventure: A Dragoon's Journey, which is supposed to complete all the job quests up to Dragoon's Fate, my character did not receive all the rewards from the particular mission which skips out on the Dragonlancer's Armor Coffer. Is this an error or is this working as intended. If so it should be explained prior to purchasing...
