Regular XP in 4v4

Anyone else feel like this doesn't belong ,and needs to be removed?

Dear SE,

I might not have been a good boy, but I wish for exp to be removed from ranked 4v4
and the new pvp mode coming out at 4.1.

Yes. Pve EXP is truly, absolutely, unnecessary in a Ranked battle. Ive seen lv30 monks, only lv30 class they have, join ranked matches. How the heck are they gonna compete there when they dont even know how more than half those skills work and the dynamics and synergy with each other. Reading tooltips can only get you so far. And with regards to exp, they should increase the PVP EXP for winners and reduce or remove PVP EXP for losers.
