Does going up the ladder get any better once you reach gold tier? Silver has been a disaster...
It seems like every team i`m on, my healer gets outhealed by such a large margin, its ridiculous. Dark Knight tanks thinking they're dps and ignoring the medals. Paladins who dont silence and stun stagger healers. Melee who pull in 150k damage... It's so frustrating.
Does it get any better in the higher tiers or will i be banging my head against the wall to try and reach the top 100?
Nope the player quality doesnt change, some are good some arent as good.
But if player quality is stopping you from ranking up then you are doing something wrong.
Dont see how i`m doing something wrong being grouped with poor healers.
Like I understand the sporadic bad players but being able to rank you, but I'm in a steak today of 3-10
In low rating you get worse team member and worse opponent. In high rating you get better team members and better opponent. How ranking would be any more easier in high ranking? It should only get harder.
I'm not looking for easier rankings. I'm looking for competent teammates to make this actually fun. I don't care if I lose because the other team slightly edged us. U care playing for the last 6 hours and having horrible healers in every group.
Play healer if you think only your healers are horrible.
If you don't want to play heal then thats fine, but nothing's stopping you if your healers are the only thing holding you back. :^)
No it gets worse. Imagine this situation, you're platinum trying to hit Diamond, you're one of the only Platinum DPS /Tank on the board, so the game tries to match you against a Platinum and fill in to be fair. The other platinums are healers, what do you think your Low rank will be on your team?

Silver was very hard to climb to gold because of the many basic mistakes many people in my team make and just completely ruins many of my potential win matches to the point I was at 49% win rate at worst and of course I was still practicing my SAM skills. It's frustrating I know but it is what it is.
After I reached gold I've been teamed up with people with adequate experience especially platinum and even diamond players on the field and it has been a lot easier for me to climb as a melee now with 54.7% win rate.
Now all in all imo it's pretty much how skilled the healer can survive and keep the team alive.

well on my own experience, Bronze was a nightmare. Every second healer was as useful as brick. I had only 26% win rate. Now, on the silver tier things definitely go better. Only 6 unranked in row in the worst case. So my rate up to 46% and im near gold right now. So, OP, just keep trying
