[LICH] Midcore FC static LF OT and Melee dps
(Trials will start Tuesday 22nd of August)
FC: Existential Crisis

Our current comp is DRK/PLD mt, WHM/AST, SCH, BRD, RDM, NIN. Mainly looking for a DRG, but a good MNK or SAM is fine too. Plus points if you play multiple classes!
Current MT might be willing to swap to OT. Big emphasis on having a grounded personality, no flair for drama and the drive to improve as a player and group, and stay long term ^^

Hiya, we're a mc group that's raided together since Gordias Savage in early Heavensward.
We only have 3 hours of raiding 2-3 raid days a week (mostly 2 outside of early progression),
and with few hours like this, it's important to make good progress and clear fast once stuff is on farm.
From the next tier on, we'll be raiding 4-5 days week 1 of savage and 3 days a week after that until clear, and hopefully clear week 1 or 2.

Once a tier is cleared, we like just continue doing things a couple of days for fun ^^ Usually some days to get some clean runs with some optimisation
for the fun of it and some good personal parses, and some primal runs, synced coils etc, eventually a8s farms for glam, and what would also be great is if you're able to play different roles. It's always fun to go back and do the raid again on different roles/classes once it starts getting too boring between tiers.

We are currently on V4s progress, and last tier we cleared A12s within reasonable time for our 6 hours a week (mid-november).
It's important that you know your class and rotations well, that you're a fast learner when it comes to mechanics,
that you do your own research on your class and also guides for fights (fight guides will also be shared on the discord group, but you'll have to watch them :D),
that you're willing to improve if the raid leader has some constructive criticism and that you like to have fun and participate in voice comm ^^
Needless to say (but I'll say it anyway), you need to have consumables ready for raids: food, pots and melds.
We have crafters in both static and fc able to help with crafts if you provide some mats ^^

Currently our two days a week are Tuesday and Friday 6.30 ST/UK time-9.30 ST/UK time,
and if we have a third day or have to reschedule, we've usually gone Sunday or Monday.
We're open to changing our raid days and times to fit new players, although farm should be cleared either Tuesday or Wednesday,
as early in the reset as possible, especially since a couple of members are often asked to help other groups out and it's nice to be able to do that ^^

We aim to have fun while also being focused. We are situated on Lich, and although it's a small server, it's a nice one,
and we do require our new member to eventually transfer if not already on the same server, although trials can be scheduled through cross server pf ofc! o.o
Other than that, the FC is a nice social fc with a mix of casuals and raiders, medium sized w/ housing, and been well run for around two and a half years.
