V4S MNK LF New GMT+8 Static Group

Turns out casual groups aren't working out for me, looking for a "serious" Midcore group that already cleared v3s. My furthest progression is V4S Neo ExDeath "Grand Cross Omega" and I can clear ExDeath BH1 and BH2 without issues.

Character: Shuu Konayuki
Job: Monk (Main)
Gear: ilv325 due to bad luck & loot allocation
Max DPS: 4.3k, content dependent
Time: 7pm onwards GMT+8, 3 days. Will raid more if group is interested in debugging and not just throwing at screen.
