os1 items not recive

Is the second time it show me as complete duty on os1 when inhavent completed and no book was reward it either acording to the records i should have 4 books but i only got 2 this is like the third time inbeen try to contact square enix for this isue but no answer i been try to contact a gm but no answer either the times it happen was july 25 to agust 1 and the second time was august 8 to agust 15 those sre the days i didnt get my items and the days i completed was on the week of july 18 and the week of agust 2 plz respond thank you before hand

I'm guessing you entered V2, 3 or 4 Savage before entering V1? This will adopt the party leaders 'clear' status and make you ineligible to receive loot from V1 for the week as the server recognizes you as having had cleared.

Still a bug they need to sort itnout and give the book

The "bug" here is you ignoring the warning message you got when you queued up for a later fight. Protip: Do not ignore warning messages if you don't know what they mean.
