sound sensitivity issues

I remember reading a thread there is some sam move that bothers people, I was wondering if people had issues with other things. For sissy, she does not have a problem with sam much but there is a MCH move, called heated cleaner shot. She would complain about it before but had no idea what it was from. Today she finally figured it out and wondered if it is possible to tone down the sounds that trigger people a bit.
