4v4 Practice Mode - SE Please

Is there a way to, or can SE please implement, practice for 4v4 Ranked Feast? I feel as though 8v8 and Frontlines cannot adequately prepare folks for 4v4. Even a hall of the novice that has tasks like: What to do when being CC'd as a healer, focusing the same target as your co-DPS, CCing a healer, and when to pick up stacks. I think it would help out a lot...maybe. I just feel bad as I try to learn as a healer and end up ruining 3 other peoples' run.
Before 4.0 is was quite simple to Feast and learn on the fly however, I feel with the new changes, the margin for error has decreased substantially. Just as I think I've got it some DPS fails to focus that Tank with 8 stacks, or Tank LoS me and doesn't CC the other healer and all is lost. It is very frustrating especially at the lower tiers.

Implementing a way for unranked, bronze, and even Silver players to train will alleviate the stress that plagues Feast devotes.

And yes, I'm aware the "git gud" comments are incoming but even when I heal everything appropriately it only takes one screw up by someone who doesn't care to screw the match for all 4 of us.

At least if it's 4v4 training, you don't actually lose anything and you learn your class in PVP a bit more accurately than the clown car simulator that is 8v8.

It would be vastly different. 4v4 is barely even comparable to 8v8, especially ever since they removed role restrictions.

They just need to retouch up on 8v8, If there's no class restrictions on 8v8 I doubt they'll add one to practice 4v4. Make it so it's 2 healers 2 tanks 4 dps and it'd actually be somewhat playable and not a clown show

That's called preseason

I'd also like a 4v4 mode that is not ranked. Sometimes I wanna queue up but I don't wanna ruin my rank by messing around on classes.

A proper 4v4 practice mode would go a long way. 8v8 is not effective for teaching how 4v4 works, and custom matches require 8 people to gather, form teams, and challenge each other; often times, just getting 8 people is tough enough. And SE showed just how little preseason matters when they decided to start S5 without having gathered enough data to facilitate balance changes.

A proper 4v4 practice/unranked mode would really be a great idea, especially at this time when so many new players are taking up interest in the Feast.

That's true but there still needs to be some sort of feast unranked touch up, If they implement an unranked 4v4 without even fixing 8v8 you know what'll be like? 4 dps vs 4 dps. There needs to be class structure in unranked as it is in ranked.

Pre-season isn't good enough for the FFXIV community. Too many people don't know how to play 4v4 pvp. I've seen tanks picking up defense buffs (nobody is going to be attacking the tank in the first ~1.5 minutes of the match, so that's 1.5 minutes of the buff going to waste), melee DPS limit breaking targets without calling out they are using it, healers who stand in the open, healers casting their attack spells when someone is dying next to them, tanks not helping by stunning the healer properly etc. I've seen people call out at the beginning of a game "Attacking ranged" but then the ranged class comes out with a defense buff, well great, switch to the melee or the healer then, don't waste your time attacking the person with the defense buff.... People don't know how to think dynamically. They probably need a guide.

I've never seen a pvp community an MMO as bad as the one in these game. I can't figure out why.
