Lucid Dreaming Tool Tip and "Refresh"

Is there any way we can get a better or more detailed explanation of "Refresh" on tooltips like Lucid Dreaming? I run into so many new players that do not know that Lucid Dreaming restores MP as a secondary effect because the wording of "Refresh" doesn't suggest at all what it does.

This has been this way since 2.0 with Shroud of Saints and it isn't really getting better. I keep running into low level healers in content that do not know how to use the ability to restore their MP during longer boss battles. Can it not be made for the tooltip to say "Grants the user 'Refresh' for [x] seconds - which restores MP over time." or just state that it will regenerate MP at a faster rate for [x] seconds.

Yeah the Dev team seems to assume you played ffxi and already know what refresh is, since it's not a spell or an effect present anywhere else in ffxiv.

It should just say that it refreshes mp over time, the same way goad says it refreshes tp over time, as opposed to saying regain, which is what it was called in ffxi.
