The lack of combat underwater? Especially in the ruby sea... it just kinda feels like a waste of space... no combat while flying makes sense since we're stuck on mounts but we can swim without mounts... I guess I was just expecting more from.swimming and diving...

While I do agree that Diving feels quite empty for non-gatherers, underwater combat is usually done awful in MMOs. If it happened here it would be feel very sluggish as we have reduced movement speed underwater (without mount). Yoshi-P also made a promise, that I (and many others) would like him to keep, of no underwater combat. Specific slides are on pages 10+11.
Also how would you show AoE markers in a three dimensional area without covering a good amount of the screen in orange? -

Cross role actions? Yes. The Job UIs? Yes. The changes and 60-70 actions for many jobs? Yes.
The lack of underwater combat? No. To me it's basically like flying, just with different (and I must say, rather nice) visuals. -

Swimming seemed like an opportunity to add more exploration rather than combat. Sadly that's something the entire game is missing right now :c
