General Discussion suggestion and a bit of good PR

Why not separate General into two sections; Good Ideas and Bad Ideas and hire people to sort them?

Think about it. For one, creating jobs would be a good PR move and two we could actually avoid the odd ideas like "Why can't my one-eyed male roegadyn wear a pretty lady dress?" and the buttslider threads, and the "I hate this content!" threads in favor of actual, useful suggestions and the fun social and informational threads that inevitably get buried by them. Think about it, SE. >_>

Beyond budgetary concerns, probably because "good ideas" and "bad ideas" are generally subjective.

For example, if you were hired, I'm sure you'd put a thread like this in the "good ideas" section. I wouldn't.

let the devs decide what's good and bad in private. no need to shame someone by putting their post in a "bad" subforum.

What is the point of this farcical post? Are you that desperate to have your OP canned to the rhetorical "Bad Ideas" section immediately? Get out of here with your arbitrary notions of what are good and bad contributions to General Discussion.

Because your opinion regarding what is a 'yup' or 'bad' idea is no more or less valid than anyone else's.

But in my opinion, this thread belongs in the bad idea section.
