Love patches

Well I reinstalled windows, but something was corrupt in my FFXIV backup (copy/pasted everything from the FFXIV folder) so I had to patch again, and it looks like they will be installed ready for the 1.20a maint :)

Suggestion: could we have an optional file check in the 2.0 client so when people decide to copy the files a minimal amount of data needs to be downloaded, when we reinstall windows copy and pasting the program files is alot easier, perhaps rather than a .patch file, we directly download the files, which will make adding a file check and only downloading broken files easy.
