Gm Rhinedynast was both professional and friendly. They contacted me surprisingly fast and listened to what I had to say. Afterwards, they asked if they could help with anything else. I took them up on their offer, but it was against what they were allowed to do. Instead of getting a screenshot with them, they offered to give me a hug because I had a lousy day.
