[Suggestion] Darker or black dialog boxes (Accessibility)

Would it be possible to have darker or black dialog boxes for the sake of Accessibility?

If you play on PS4, it can be quite uncomfortable trying to read the dialog boxes with the white background and black text, even if the box is at 140% in terms of size. It only get worse the smaller the TV is.

Would it be possible to have dialog boxes appear as these boxes that now show system messages?

Another option would be to take the normal dialog box and make it darker and also making the dialog text white. I inverted the colours in this image just give the developers a better idea of what I mean.
